Barry Glenn

CEO

Barry Glenn is the founder and CEO of Triada. Barry received his BA in accounting from Texas Tech University in 1984. He has spent the last twenty-five years in insurance and specifically employee benefits management. Barry founded the company with a commitment to innovation and one simple principle, making benefits affordable for every working American. Triada has established themselves as an industry leader by developing innovative insurance products and unique implementation strategies designed to benefit the employee, employer and the broker.

Dino Patane

CIO

Dino Patane is the Chief Information Officer at Triada. He is responsible for handling Triada’s strategic technology issues, policy, support and information technology protocols. Prior to joining Triada, Dino spent 20 years in informational technology roles at Hewlett Packard. He holds a B.S. Business Administration (BSBA) and Master’s Business Administration (MBA) from LeTourneau University, Longview Texas.

Lauren Davis

Director of Wellness

Lauren Davis has a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in psychology from Texas A&M University and has over five years of experience leading corporate wellness initiatives. As Triada’s Director of Wellness, she is committed to helping employees achieve a healthier lifestyle one step at a time through encouragement and education while providing them with improved benefits and financial security.

Krystle Meltzer

Director of Operations

Krystle Meltzer has over 10 years of experience providing strategic and operational support for multiple companies. She and her team oversee all administrative and strategic operations within Triada, including marketing, sales support and client/partner relations. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Foundations.

Kailey Adler

Director of Sales Development

As Triada’s Director of Sales Development, Kailey is in charge of the recruitment, training and management of our sales team and network of producers. She has more than five years of experience in team development and leadership across multiple industries. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
